All sorts of paperwork had already been taken care of at the time of pickup. The car was delivered in a condition like brand new. The license plates were sent to my mailbox by AJ within 3 days of pickup. A week after driving the car, I received a courtesy call from AJ asking if I was satisfied with the purchase and if everything is going well with the car. I still sometimes call him with technical questions about the car / maintenance and he provides detailed answers.
